Electronic mail recall, also called message recall, is a characteristic in Microsoft Outlook that enables customers to retrieve an electronic mail message after it has been despatched.
Electronic mail recall will be helpful should you notice that you’ve made a mistake within the electronic mail, reminiscent of sending it to the flawed recipient or forgetting to incorporate an attachment. It may also be helpful if you have to stop the recipient from seeing the e-mail, reminiscent of when you have despatched delicate data that you just later resolve you shouldn’t have shared.
